Very disappointing experience. From the attitude of the front desk staff to my interaction with the nurse practitioner, I felt dismissed and treated without compassion or professionalism. As a parent advocating for my child, I expected patience, understanding, and respectful communication. I understand that not every request can be approved, but there is still a professional and compassionate way to communicate that. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the experience here..

I’ve shown up to appointments multiple times to be told that my DR. called off and they have had to re schedule me. Or have me wait several hours to be seen. If you can avoid GVHC, you should. My insurance is really crappy and this is the only one that I’ve been able to find that works. Also, for dental, they work one tooth at a time. One appointment for one thing. Example: 1st appointment is an evaluation. they do a x ray one appointment. Then one tooth per appointment. It’s very frustrating having to come back multiple times.

1st time I came they took me in in 10 mins told me it was a 2 hour wait but took me in fast and the DR was awesome and caring . UPDATE 1/20/2026 Today I've been waiting 3 hours and they re taking their sweat time , when they finally called me in the Rn remembered me, he went and got the doctor. when the doctor came in she was a black or Nigerian doctor, that doesn't matter what matters it's her deameanor , I don't know if she was having a bad day or just plain rude but she wouldn't even let me explain without cutting me off. then she hurt my ears while checking them ,the previous doctor was gentle and careful, this other doctor was rough and really made my ears hurt even more ,she stuck the ear thingy very deep and rough, I have a follow up coming up which thankfully it's somewhere else but I'm also going to put in a complaint about her ,I got home and my ears hurt more from what she did , if she's having a bad day she shouldn't be seeing patients

I just left my office visit. First time there and I was beyond impressed with the front staff ,medical assistant and provider. Everyone was very professional, caring and pleasant. They truly enjoy their profession and are great at it. I was checked thoroughly and I received excellent medical care. Megan and Brittany Thank you both a little extra , I didn't get the names of everyone but all were very welcoming. I know I'm on my way to being healthy again. Thank you all so very much. It's so appreciated. Victoria

on 12/9/25 12:30 i went to the Urgent care the florida suites front desk and medical assistants have nasty attitude, rude body language and tone of voice and the way they carry themselves in the office is unprofessional. Worst attitudes from the medical assistants. Unprofessional conversations in fromt of patients. As a medical assistant of 5 years im disappointed in the lack of compassion for patients. If you dont enjoy your job working in the medical field LEAVE. i will be changing my sons dr because of the service we received!!!!
